Stephanie is fully licensed for P&C, has 25 years of experience with independent insurance agencies, and has worked closely with both PL and CL in all capacities. As an Operations Analyst, her current role is to support all the AHA Team members. She works with Nexsure, Connect, and personal lines raters, updating info and ensuring our systems are working properly. She helps with the members on compliance matters and with carriers & members on tasks such as book or policy transfers and information updates. Knowledge and experience gained as a CSR and producer, followed by a decade of quoting, servicing, and providing guidance to members via AccessPlus, gives her the ability to adapt to varied needs that arise in the agency’s day-to-day activity. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and her 2 boxer dogs and relaxing with her husband at their camp.
